What’s included

One agreement. One monthly fee. One team that answers.

Every service below is included in a standard managed services agreement — not bolted on afterwards. Projects outside day-to-day support are quoted before work begins.

What every agreement covers.

Six services, included as standard. Nothing below is an add-on or an upsell.

SVC/01

Unlimited Help Desk

Your team calls or emails, a technician answers. Unlimited remote support during business hours for every covered user — no per-ticket charges.

SVC/02

Monitoring & Patching

Every covered workstation and server is monitored around the clock, with security updates tested and applied on schedule — before problems become outages.

SVC/03

Managed Security (EDR)

Enterprise-grade endpoint detection and response on every device, backed by a 24/7 security operations center that isolates threats the moment they appear.

SVC/04

Backup & Recovery

Managed backup for your servers and Microsoft 365 data — email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams — verified regularly so recovery works when you need it.

SVC/05

Microsoft 365 Administration

Licensing, user setup and offboarding, security baselines, and tenant management — we run your Microsoft environment so you don’t have to.

SVC/06

Vendor Management

Internet down? Printer contract renewal? Line-of-business software acting up? We deal with your technology vendors directly, as your single point of contact.

SVC/01

Unlimited Help Desk

What lands here

Password resets and account lockouts, email and Outlook problems, printers and scanners that will not behave, Office and line-of-business application errors, new device setup, and file or permission access.

How it works

Your team contacts us directly — no gatekeeping, no ticket quota. A technician picks it up, works remotely, and tells you in plain terms what was wrong and what changed.

What sits outside it

Project work: migrations, office moves, new server builds, and similar. Those are scoped and quoted in writing before anything starts, so day-to-day support never turns into a surprise invoice.

SVC/02

Monitoring & Patching

What is watched

Disk space, drive health, service failures, backup job results, and security events on every covered machine. Most outages announce themselves first — a drive filling up, a service that quietly stopped overnight, a disk reporting errors.

How patching runs

Operating system and common third-party application updates are tested, then rolled out on a schedule, rather than left to whoever clicks the reminder. Unpatched software is still one of the most common ways businesses get compromised.

Who watches it

We do. You do not get handed a dashboard to check — alerts come to us and we act on them.

SVC/03

Managed Security (EDR)

How it differs from antivirus

Traditional antivirus matches files against a list of known threats, so anything new gets through. EDR watches what software actually does — encrypting files in bulk, altering startup settings, reaching out to unfamiliar hosts — which catches attacks nobody has catalogued yet.

Containment

When something suspicious fires, the affected machine can be isolated from the network automatically. One compromised laptop stays one compromised laptop instead of becoming a company-wide ransomware event.

What we handle

Deployment, policy, and follow-up. When a detection fires, someone reviews it and acts — an alert nobody investigates is not security.

SVC/04

Backup & Recovery

Why Microsoft 365 needs backing up

This surprises most businesses: Microsoft protects the platform, not your content. If mail is deleted, or SharePoint files are encrypted by ransomware, recovering them is your responsibility — and the built-in retention windows are shorter than most people assume.

What is covered

Your servers and their data, alongside Microsoft 365 — mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.

Verification

Backup jobs are monitored and restores are tested. A backup nobody has ever restored from is not a backup, it is a hope. The point of the testing is that recovery day is boring.

SVC/05

Microsoft 365 Administration

Licensing

Assignment and periodic review, so you are not quietly paying for seats belonging to people who left.

Starters and leavers

New users set up properly from day one. Just as importantly, departures handled properly — access revoked, mailbox preserved or converted, and data retained where it needs to be. Forgotten accounts belonging to ex-staff are a standing security hole.

Security baselines

Multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and shutting off outdated sign-in methods attackers still lean on.

Day-to-day tenant work

Mail flow, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and configuration changes as the business shifts.

SVC/06

Vendor Management

Who we deal with

Internet and phone providers, printer and copier contracts, and the line-of-business software your work actually depends on.

Why it matters

When something breaks, it is rarely obvious whose fault it is — and vendors are practiced at pointing at each other. We take the ticket and chase it, so nobody on your team spends an afternoon on hold acting as translator.

Renewals

We keep track of contract and renewal dates, so a price rise or an auto-renewal is a decision you make rather than something you discover.

How it works

Predictable support, without the surprises.

Your help desk runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern. Monitoring, patching, and endpoint security run around the clock. After-hours and emergency support is available under your agreement.

  • Local and reachable. Based in central Ohio. When you call, you get a technician who knows your business — not a call center.
  • Flat, predictable pricing. Day-to-day support is covered by your monthly fee. Projects are quoted before work begins. No mystery line items.
  • Security first, not sold separately. Managed EDR and backup are built into every agreement, because in 2026 they’re not optional.
  • Contracts written in plain English. Clear scope and clear pricing — in writing, before you sign. No jargon, no buried terms.
